How It Works
Real-time collaboration in Nexarise Suite is powered by operational transformation technology, the same approach used by Google Docs and Figma. Changes made by any team member are reflected across all open sessions within milliseconds, without requiring page refreshes or manual synchronization.
You'll see your teammates' cursors and selections in real time, color-coded by user. A presence panel on the right side of the screen shows everyone currently viewing or editing the document. Comments can be attached to any element and resolved inline without leaving the workspace.
Availability and Rollout
- Real-time collaboration is available on all Professional and Enterprise plans today
- Starter plan customers will get access in the next billing cycle at no additional cost
- All existing documents and records will automatically support collaboration without migration
- Mobile apps for iOS and Android will be updated to support collaboration within 30 days
